Return and Refund Policy

Thank you for shopping at Rachel Smith.

If, for any reason, You are not completely satisfied with a purchase We invite You to review our policy on refunds and returns.

The following terms are applicable for any products that You purchased with Us.

 

Definitions 

For the purposes of this Return Policy:

  • "We", "Us" or "Our" in this agreement refers to Rachel Smith Fashion
  • Goods refer to the items offered for sale on the online store.
  • Online store refers to Rachel Smith website, accessible from www.rachelsmith.com.my
  • Which means the individual accessing or using the Online store, or the company, or other legal entity on behalf of which such individual is accessing or using the Online Store, as applicable.

 

Return and Refund

Online Purchase: Return within 7 days of receiving the product(s) ordered from Rachel Smith Fashion (www.rachelsmith.com.my).

Example: If you received the product(s) on 1st May, please contact us for arranging the return before 7th May.

You may return & exchange the product:

1. If you have received the wrong order (wrong item / colour)
2. If you have received a damaged/defective product (except artificial damage) 

If you have encountered the above issues, kindly contact us to provide product photos/videos for further exchange action. Goods can be returned for exchange but are non-refundable, provided the goods are returned in new and original condition with original product packaging.

 

In case of order cancellation under any circumstances we will not be entitled to any reimbursement of any amount paid to customer. However the paid amount cancelled can be used for the next purchase by contacting our Rachel Smith admin.

Please provide us your personal info (IC Name, Home Address & Phone Number) for order cancellation.

 

Conditions for Returns 

In order for the Goods to be eligible for a return, please make sure that:

  • The Goods were received within last 7 days
  • The Goods are in the original packaging
  • The product must be unused and unworn.
  • The product must be in its original state and packaging with the original tags attached.
  • Sticker on the box should not be removed or altered in any form.

 

The following Goods cannot be returned:

  • The supply of Goods made to Your specifications or clearly personalized, such as Engraved Wallets, Keychain, Cardholder.
  • The supply of Goods which according to their nature are not suitable to be returned, deteriorate rapidly or where the date of return policies has expiry.
  • The supply of Goods which are, after delivery, according to their nature, inseparably mixed with other items.

 

We reserve the right to refuse returns of any merchandise that does not meet the above return conditions at our sole discretion.

 

We do not refund products:

  • Obtained from a source other than our website, Facebook page, Instagram page, Shopee, Lazada
  • Damaged by abuse or negligence (exposure to chemicals, caustic substances, open flame, high heat, sharp object, etc.)
  • Damaged by misuse or activities other than the intended purpose
  • Change of mind

 

Returning Goods 

You are responsible for the cost and risk of returning the Goods to Us. You should send the Goods to the following address:

  • D-2-3A, Pacific Place, Block D, Jalan PJU 1A/4, Ara Damansara, 47301, Petaling Jaya, Selangor, Malaysia. 

 

We cannot be held responsible for goods damaged or lost in return shipment. Therefore, We recommend an insured and trackable mail service. We are unable to issue a return without actual receipt of the Goods or proof of received return delivery.
